Here is a list of some basic frequently asked questions. If you have questions, please check here first, as we try to put answers to those questions we are repeatedly asked here for all to see!
  • Do you have a physical storefront, and if so where are you located?
    Yes, we DO have a physical storefront! We're located at 915 FIRST STREET SNOHOMISH, WASHINGTON 98290

  • Do you sell wholesale?
    No. We are a retail storefront; we are not manufacturers nor wholesalers.

  • Can I get a quantity discount?We generally don't do quantity discounts, but if you have a specific product you need a very large amount of, please call us and we can discuss your needs. These are treated as special orders, except that we require the entire purchase amount up front.

  • Why is the total quoted on the website and the total charged my card different?
    The total on your invoice shows an ESTIMATED shipping charge; because we charge exact shipping, sometimes the totals differ. We try to choose the most economical shipping method for each of our orders.

  • Is you inventory real time?
    No, our inventory is not real time - but we do strive to keep it as updated and as accurate as possible.

  • What happens if I order something that is out of stock?
    In the rare event something is ordered off our website that we don't have in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know this, as well as to discuss options with you.

  • What is your return policy?
    Please see our policies page (we try to keep the information all in one place so that updates don't get missed over multiple pages).

  • I'm looking for a donation for my church / school / organization...
    We get a LOT of requests for donations. So many, in fact, that the vast majority we simply can't fulfill. Still, if you'd like to ask, just drop us an email using our Contact Page and we'll get back to you just as quickly as we can.

  • Are you on Facebook or Twitter? Do you have a blog?

  • How long have you been in business?

  • How do special orders work?
    For special orders, we require 50% of the purchase price up front, and the rest upon delivery. Call us for more information!

  • I sent an email and never heard back. What gives?
    We take the time to respond to every email we get. Depending on the time of year, we can simply get swamped and response takes a few extra days - but if you are concerned we haven't received your email, by all means resend it or call us so that we may help you directly.
